To self-assess if you think your use of multiple drugs may be harmful to access the Alcohol, Smoking and Substance Involvement Screening Test (ASSIST v3.1) online instrument. It should take less than 15 minutes to complete. Print out your score and bring it to your first appointment.

9223 1188; Free call 1800 007 339; 24 hour service - provides support and counselling for women experiencing family and domestic violence. This includes phone counselling, information and advice, referral to local advocacy and support services, liaison with police if necessary and support in escaping situations of family and domestic violence. The service can refer women to safe accommodation if required.
9245 2441 - A 24 hour service for families with children. Crisis Support Services for families with an unexpected crisis that requires emergency care of their children. This could be due to a parent becoming ill, a sudden family crisis or similar.
